Won't it bunch up when I bend my arm?

No — that's exactly what the cut is for. Instead of one solid sleeve, it's two bands with connecting strips, so it follows the crease of your elbow instead of folding into it. You can bend your arm all the way without it rolling, gathering, or digging in.
Can I put it on by myself, with one hand?

Yes. Rest your arm on a table with the elbow slightly bent, place the upper band first, then the lower one, and smooth the strips across the joint. The pre-cut shape does the positioning — there's nothing to measure and nobody else needed.
How long does a tape last?
