Does not adhere without curling up when worn under any pants. I have to use other kinesiology tape over it to keep in place. I won’t be using them again. Waste of money.

The concept is great, the tape isn't usable again as it's stated somewhere. Providing without directions was hard to understand unless you have worked with this sort of thing or a kinesiology class. I was clueless! Wishing you the best!

I was constantly babying my knee, especially when climbing stairs. But with these tapes, everything has become so much easier and they're super simple to apply. No comparison to the bulky braces I used to wear.
I did not appreciate not having directions included.
Not very sticky which is terrible because they peel off without even doing any activity! Material is very thin and weak making them not supportive at all. Definitely a waste of money.
